Malala Fund

https://www.malala.org/

"Inspired by co-founders Malala and Ziauddin Yousafzai, Malala Fund's goal is to enable girls to complete 12 years of safe, quality education so that they can achieve their potential and be positive change-makers in their families and communities. We work with partners all over the world helping to empower girls and amplify their voices; we invest in local education leaders and programs; and we advocate for more resources for education and safe schools for every child."

Smile Train

https://www.smiletrain.org/

"Smile Train is an international children’s charity with a sustainable approach to a single, solvable problem: cleft lip and palate. Millions of children in developing countries with untreated clefts live in isolation, but more importantly, have difficulty eating, breathing and speaking. Cleft repair surgery is simple, and the transformation is immediate. Our sustainable model provides training, funding and resources to empower local doctors in 85+ developing countries to provide 100%-free cleft repair surgery and comprehensive cleft care in their own communities."

The Women's Center

https://thewomenscenter.org/

"The mission of The Women’s Center is to significantly improve the mental health and well-being of all members of the community through counseling, education, support and advocacy.

The Women’s Center was founded over forty years ago, when people like you wrapped their arms around women who were facing some of life’s most difficult challenges, and walked with them on their journey into a brighter future. In the decades that followed, The Women’s Center grew larger, to include mental health counseling, and opened a second office in Washington, DC. Continuously responding to community need, we developed expertise in aiding victims of domestic violence and sexual assault, now serving over 700 people experiencing this trauma and violence annually. Further, our outreach expanded to serving 4,000 women, men and children from all over the metropolitan region."
